Shipping Policy
We offer a flat rate of $19.95 for small to medium-sized orders. Bulky or oversized orders will have shipping calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
Carriers & Delivery Estimates
We ship via Australia Post and Direct Freight Express, and can deliver to PO Boxes for smaller parcels. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Australia: 2–7 business days (metro); 5–10 business days (regional/remote)
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Express Shipping
Express Post options are available at checkout where eligible. Choosing Express Post speeds up delivery through Australia Post but does not shorten dispatch time.
Dispatch Times
During peak periods (September to January), dispatch is usually within 2–3 business days. Outside of peak season, most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
