SHIPPING
We offer a flat rate of $19.95 for small to medium-sized orders.
Larger volume or bulky orders (including large quantities of ornaments or oversized items) will have shipping calculated at checkout.
Please note: For remote and regional areas, only small parcels are eligible for Flat Rate shipping. Larger or bulky items may not be available for delivery to these locations.
During our busy season (September to mid-January), we aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. During peak sale periods, dispatch may extend to up to 3 business days.
Please note that selecting Express Post speeds up delivery through Australia Post but does not shorten our dispatch time or queue.
Standard shipping with Australia Post:
• Metro: 2–5 business days
• Regional: 3–6 business days
• WA: 5–8 business days
Express shipping with Australia Post:
• Metro: 1–3 business days
• Regional: 2–5 business days
• WA: 3–5 business days

We ship orders via Australia Post and Direct Freight Express, depending on the size and destination of your parcel.
Yes, smaller parcels can be delivered to PO Boxes.
Larger items, such as Christmas Trees or bulky decorations, require a physical street address. We recommend selecting an address where someone is available to sign for the delivery during business hours.
Parcel Protection can be added at checkout to cover your order against loss or damage during transit.
If you need to file a claim, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We ship within Australia and to New Zealand for smaller parcels.
Please note that not all items are available for shipping to New Zealand due to size and weight restrictions.
If you added Parcel Protection at checkout:
• Please contact us within 7 business days by emailing customerservice@mychristmas.com.au with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).
• We will assist you with a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.
If Parcel Protection was not selected, unfortunately, we are unable to process claims for damaged goods.
Click & Collect
You can select "Pickup in store" at checkout to collect your order from our warehouse at 11 Marconi Drive, Dandenong South, Victoria.
Pickup is available Monday to Friday, 8am to 3pm (excluding public holidays).
Please wait until you receive a notification that your order is ready before coming to collect.
Please collect your order within 10 days of receiving your ready-for-collection notification.
Orders not collected within this period will be cancelled and refunded, minus a 20% restocking fee.
Yes, if needed, you can request shipping instead of collection.
Please contact our team to arrange payment for shipping.
