We offer a flat rate of $19.95 for small to medium-sized orders.

Larger volume or bulky orders (including large quantities of ornaments or oversized items) will have shipping calculated at checkout.

Please note: For remote and regional areas, only small parcels are eligible for Flat Rate shipping. Larger or bulky items may not be available for delivery to these locations.

During our busy season (September to mid-January), we aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. During peak sale periods, dispatch may extend to up to 5 business days.

Please note that selecting Express Post speeds up delivery through Australia Post but does not shorten our dispatch time or queue.

We ship orders via Australia Post and Direct Freight Express, depending on the size and destination of your parcel.

Yes, smaller parcels can be delivered to PO Boxes.

Larger items, such as Christmas Trees or bulky decorations, require a physical street address. We recommend selecting an address where someone is available to sign for the delivery during business hours.

Parcel Protection can be added at checkout to cover your order against loss or damage during transit.

We ship within Australia and to New Zealand for smaller parcels.

Please note that not all items are available for shipping to New Zealand due to size and weight restrictions.

• We will assist you with a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

If Parcel Protection was not selected, unfortunately, we are unable to process claims for damaged goods.

These items ship directly from our supplier's warehouse. Selected pieces include delivery to metropolitan areas — this will be clearly noted on the product page. Unfortunately delivery to some regional and remote locations is not available on these items.

Please note: We aim to dispatch these items within 3 business days of your order being placed. During peak periods, including October and November, dispatch times may be slightly longer. We'll keep you updated.

You can select "Pickup in store" at checkout to collect your order from our warehouse at 11 Marconi Drive, Dandenong South, Victoria.

Pickup is available Monday to Friday, 8am to 3pm (excluding public holidays).

Please wait until you receive a notification that your order is ready before coming to collect.
