Shipping Fees: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times: During our busy season (September to mid-January), My Christmas aims to dispatch items within 3 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier services. My Christmas cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays once the item has left our premises. We will provide tracking details so you can track your parcel's progress. Please also be mindful that selecting an express post service provides you with Australia Post Express Post (or equivalent) service, not a shortened despatch time/queue jump.
Delivery Address Options: Smaller parcels can be delivered to PO Boxes, but larger items like Christmas Trees require a physical mailing address. As we incur additional charges for unsuccessful delivery attempts, we recommend choosing an address where someone is always available to sign for the item.
International Shipping: We only ship within Australia and smaller parcels to New Zealand.
Returned Parcels: If a parcel is returned to My Christmas due to an error or inaction on your part, we reserve the right to pass on any additional charges incurred before resending the parcel. This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations, as determined at the discretion of My Christmas:
If you choose to cancel the order after the parcel has been returned to us, we will issue store credit, less all shipping costs incurred and a 15% restocking fee.
Click and Collect
Collection Period: You must collect your orders within 10 days of receiving the notification.
Uncollected Orders: Orders not collected within this period will be cancelled and refunded, minus a 20% restocking fee.
Alternative Arrangements: If collection cannot be made within the specified timeframe, notification must be given to make alternative arrangements.
Shipping Requests: If shipping is required instead of collection*, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee.
Address: 11 Marconi Drive, Dandenong South, Victoria. Please ensure you have received notification that your parcel is ready. Pickup is available from 8am to 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
