Thank you for considering pre-ordering with us. Please take a moment to review the following important information regarding pre-orders for the period between April and July 2024.
Pre-order Process
When placing an order for any pre-order products (those advertised as available in the near future via email, product listings, or category headings), please note the following terms and conditions:

Separate Orders: Pre-orders must be purchased separately from in-stock items.

Shipping Dates: Pre-orders are expected to arrive in September/October. We will ship your entire order once all items have arrived. Please anticipate dispatch in late October.

Changes to Orders: We are unable to make changes or combine pre-orders once they are placed. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or have additional items added to them.

Delivery Delays: While we strive to keep you informed of any delivery delays, pre-orders cannot be cancelled due to delays unless it becomes evident that products will not be in stock by December 5th. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss a refund.

Missing Items: In the unfortunate event that a pre-ordered product does not arrive or our supplier runs out of stock before we can update our website, we will promptly refund all payments made for the affected item(s).

We are excited to offer lay-by as a convenient payment option for your pre-orders with My Christmas.
How to Set Up Lay-by
To utilise lay-by, please select the Lay-by payment option at checkout. Please ensure your total is over $750.00. We will then send you an invoice via PayPal.
Lay-by Terms and Conditions

Deposit: Each lay-by requires a minimum 20% deposit to secure your order. By paying the deposit, you accept these terms and conditions.

Minimum Lay-by: The minimum order value for lay-by is $750.

Due Date: All lay-by orders must be paid in full by the 15th of September 2024.

Payments: Minimum monthly payments are required to keep the lay-by active.

Default: Failure to make payments or pay the full amount by the due date may result in cancellation of the lay-by, with the deposit retained as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation: There are no cancellations of pre-orders. If you fail to make payments, or fail to collect lay-bys by the due date, we may cancel the lay-by and refund all amounts paid, minus a cancellation fee of 20%.

Charges: There are no additional lay-by charges. Once confirmed, we will send you an invoice via PayPal. Note that the 20% deposit is non-refundable.
