Stock is expected to arrive late March/Early April 2026.

We will ship your entire order once all pre-ordered items have arrived.

Pre-orders are for items that are not yet available for immediate dispatch.

If you place a pre-order, your order will be held until all pre-ordered items have arrived at our warehouse, and then shipped together.

Please note:

• Pre-orders must be purchased separately from in-stock items.
• We are unable to combine separate orders.
• Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Yes, you can add additional items to your pre-order (excluding lay-bys)!

Please email our customer care team with the products you would like to add, and we will assist you.

Please note: Shipping may be recalculated depending on the size or weight of the added items. Once a pre-order is placed, we are unable to cancel it or combine it with other orders.

In the rare event that a pre-ordered item does not arrive or is sold out at the supplier before our website can be updated, we will issue a full refund for the affected item(s).

Lay-By is available for our Patience Brewster range only.

To set up a Lay-By:

• Your total order must be over $100
• At checkout, select Put It On Lay-Buy (via PayPal) under Alternative Payment Methods
• Payments will be automatically scheduled through PayPal based on your selected timeframe

Important: Avoid express checkout options like Apple Pay or Shop Pay.

• Deposit: A 20% deposit is required to confirm your Lay-By. This deposit is non-refundable
• Minimum Order: $100
• Final Payment Date:
– 6 months from order date complete payment
• Payments: Monthly payments are automatically deducted through PayPal
• Cancellation:
– Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed
– If your Lay-By isn’t paid in full by the end of your selected schedule, the order may be cancelled and the 20% deposit retained as a cancellation fee

A small, non-refundable admin fee is charged at checkout by Put It On Lay-Buy.

There are no interest charges and no late fees.

Your order will be dispatched once:

• All payments have been completed, and
• The pre-order stock has arrived in our warehouse

There are no late fees.

However, missed payments without contact may result in cancellation of your
Lay-By and retention of your 20% deposit.

If you’re unable to make a payment, please contact us – we’re happy to help
where possible.

Payments are automatically processed via the card linked to your PayPal account.

Make sure the card remains valid for the full length of your Lay-By period.

Ensure your PayPal account has sufficient funds available each month to avoid failed payments.
