Every year I've wanted to make a Christmas Garland for my front door. However, when we built our home I put in a lovely tall door - the only problem was it left me no clearance for a garland.

One of the most common requests we receive is for tips to create garlands for mantels or tables (such as a sofa table). Therefore, as part of the in-store demo series we created this video to show you how simple it is to create beautiful garland decorations.

On Tuesday after closing the store we set to work. In about an hour and a quarter we had each made our wreath. The consensus was it was much easier than they had expected. A few of the staff also commented on how pleasantly surprised their families were with their efforts.

Sometimes you want that "wow" Christmas display piece but you don't have that special location, such as a mantle or stair case, or don't have the floor space for a big display.  We created this Decorated Christmas Pole for exactly this reason.

We've created this simple video for making a halloween wreath from deco mesh. Obviously, by simply changing the colours and decorations you could use the same format to create a Christmas Wreath.

For our launch we created a number of lovely nibblies and drinks for our guests.  One of the most popular, and the easiest to create was our Strawberry Santa Hats.

Another great success at our season launch, and something you could easily incorporate into your Christmas entertaining, was our Christmas Lolly Bar. I've seen so many gorgeous Easter desserts on Pinterest I had to give one of them a go.  So last night my family were pretty happy guinea pigs for a pre-Easter dessert extravaganza.

Well, here's my first attempt at using mesh to create a wreath.  In this example I wanted to work purely with the mesh and ribbons, however you could obviously add other decorations to this piece.
