We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. During peak sale periods, dispatch may extend to up to 3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Australia and offer shipping of smaller parcels to New Zealand.

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via email so you can monitor your delivery's progress.
Please note: Our pickup terms have changed. Orders must now be collected within 5 business days of notification, as our shelves (including overflow areas) are at capacity.
Our collection point is located at 11 Marconi Drive, Dandenong South, Victoria. Collection is available Monday to Friday from 8am to 3pm (excluding public holidays).
