A somewhat shy little character at heart, Jonte prefers a life out of the spotlight. Happy working away in the background, he has problems solved before they have even arisen. Confidante & advisor to the noble elf King Alfric, Jonte knows more than any other being the importance of the behind the scenes work, the dedication that it takes to keep the Believers believing and the secrets of the North Pole elusive to the rest of the world.

How long will it take to receive my order?
During our regular season, we aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service. During our busy season (September to mid-January), please allow additional processing time.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Australia and offer shipping of smaller parcels to New Zealand.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via email so you can monitor your delivery's progress.
Our collection point is located at 11 Marconi Drive, Dandenong South, Victoria. Collection is available Monday to Friday from 8am to 3pm (excluding public holidays).
