Sale Period
• MC Members: Sale opens at 8:00am AEDT on Monday, 22 December 2025
• General Public: Sale opens at 8:00am AEDT on Tuesday, 23 December 2025
• Sale ends at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday, 4 January 2026
Discounts
• Enjoy 40% off selected items only
• Discount is automatically applied at checkout — no code required
• Sale applies only to items included in the Boxing Day Sale collection
• Discounts cannot be applied to items outside the selected range
Final Sale
• All Boxing Day Sale purchases are final
• Refunds or exchanges are only available for faulty items
• Change of mind returns are not accepted
Order Policies
• Discounts are automatic and cannot be combined with other offers, codes, or promotions
• Once an order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made
• Orders cannot be combined for postage
• Sale prices apply only to orders placed during the sale period and cannot be applied retrospectively
Dispatch & Christmas Closure Notice
Due to the high volume of orders during the Boxing Day Sale and our Christmas closure period, please note the following:
• Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched once operations resume
• Orders will be packed and dispatched strictly in the order they are received
• We are unable to prioritise or fast-track any orders during this period
• Selecting Express Post applies to the shipping service only and does not shorten dispatch times
• Orders placed during the Boxing Day Sale should not be expected to arrive before Christmas, including Click & Collect orders.
Christmas & New Year Closure Dates
Our warehouse and Click & Collect services will be operating on a limited schedule:
• Tuesday 23 December: Open until 2:00pm
• Closed: Wednesday 24 December – Sunday 28 December
• Open: Monday 29 December – Wednesday 31 December (closing at 2:00pm)
• Closed: Thursday 1 January – Sunday 4 January
• Normal operations resume: Monday 5 January
Orders will be processed once we reopen, in the order they were received.
Sale Restrictions
• Limited stock available — once items sell out, they will not be restocked
• Sale prices are valid only during the advertised sale period
• After 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday, 4 January 2026, Boxing Day Sale pricing will no longer be available
