Sale Period:
The sale begins at 7:00 am AEDT on Wednesday, 26 November 2025, and ends at 11:59 pm AEDT on Monday, 1 December 2025.
Discounts:
- Enjoy 20% off site-wide, including already-reduced prices in our Insider Clearance range.
- Discounts are automatically applied at checkout — no code required.
- Exclusions: D. Stevens, Patience Brewster and MacKenzie-Childs products are excluded from this promotion.
Final Sale:
All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only available for faulty items and are not available for change of mind.
Order Policies:
- Discounts are automatic and cannot be combined with other offers or codes.
- Once an order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made.
- Orders cannot be combined for postage.
Dispatch Time:
Due to high demand during Black Friday / Cyber Monday, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched.
We cannot guarantee delivery times, as they are outside our control. Please note that selecting Express Post provides you with the Australia Post Express Post (or equivalent) service only — it does not shorten dispatch times or prioritise your order in the queue.
