How to Order
To place an order, email customerservice@mychristmas.com.au with the name and code of the items you’d like and your preferred payment method. Once availability is confirmed, we will send your sales or lay-by invoice. Payment or deposits are required upon confirmation to secure your order.
Order & Lay-by FAQs

Order Deadline: Submit orders by 11:59pm on Monday, 10th March.

Cancellations: Pre-orders cannot be cancelled. Lay-bys may be canceled for non-payment, with the deposit retained as a cancellation fee.

Dispatch: Orders ship once all items have arrived and the final payment is received.
Pre-order Information

Separate Orders:Pre-orders must be placed separately from in-stock items.

Shipping Dates: Katherine’s Collection pre-orders are expected in late October. Orders will be shipped once all items have arrived.

Changes to Orders: We cannot combine orders, but additional items may be added by emailing us.

Delivery Delays: If a delay extends beyond 1st December 2025, we will contact you with alternatives.

Missing Items: If a supplier runs out of stock, affected items will be fully refunded.
Lay-by Terms & Conditions

Deposit: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required.

Minimum Purchase: $750.

Final Payment Deadline: 15th September 2025.

Payments: Monthly payments are required to maintain the lay-by.

Default: If full payment is not made by the due date, the lay-by may be canceled, and the deposit retained.

Fees: There are no extra lay-by charges, and we do not apply late fees, but please contact us if you experience payment difficulties.
