This pre-order opportunity is ONLY OPEN IN JULY. All products we go off the website come the 1st August until they actually arrive in stock.
We ask that you take a moment to read this before placing your first order so you understand how the pre-order system will work.
If you place an order for any pre-order products (where products are promoted via email, product listing or category headings to be available in the near future) please be aware of the following order terms and conditions.
Pre orders must be purchased separately from in-stock items.
We ask that you respect this term and order pre-order separately from in-stock items. If in-stock items are ordered with pre-order pieces, all stock will ship once the pre-order stock arrives. Whilst we do our best to ensure the in-stock items are still available when the pre-order arrives there is no room to pull them aside so if there are any breakages, or incorrect stock counts there may be times when we no longer have the in-stock item when everything ships. Obviously we will offer a refund if this does occur.
Pre-order Shipping Dates
Pre-orders are due to arrive September/October. We will ship your order when all your goods have arrived so please assume late October for dispatch.
Changes to Orders
We cannot make changes to pre-orders. Pre-orders cannot be canceled or other items added once the order is placed.
We do our best to keep you updated on delivery delays. Pre-orders cannot be canceled due to delivery delays unless it becomes clear products will not be in stock prior to 5th December, in which case we will contact you to see if you would like a refund.
What happens if something doesn't turn up
If there is an unfortunately incident where a product does not arrive we will immediately refund all payments made for this/these items.
We are pleased to offer "Put is on Lay-By" as one of your payment options. This system allows you to create a set and forget series of payments to pay off your purchase with My Christmas.
Note: do not click on any of the express payment options at check you. You need to check out as guest (ie enter all your info) so that the "Put in on Lay-by" option shows).
Is there a minimum purchase?
We ask that the minimum purchase for pre-order is $150.
How Long to pay off my purchase?
This is set depending on what time of year you made the purchase. All lay-bys are set to be completed during October so maximum lay by length depends on how far before October you are making the purchase.
Is there a charge?
Yes. The supplier of the app does have a one-off admin cost that will show as you set up the payment plan. This charge is dependent on the price of the item. If the order is canceled this admin fee cannot be refunded.
How do you set up the lay-by?
The process of setting up Put it on Lay-by is super easy. If you can't see this as a payment option at the check out please look for "continue as guest" and click on this. Then follow these simple steps:
1. Select Put It On Lay-Buy payment option at checkout.
2. Payment calculator makes it easy for you to set up your own payment plan.
3. Pay only down-payment portion amount.
4. Payments are then processed on the scheduled date YOU set.
5. Receive the item or service shortly after your last payment. As the items are pre-order dispatch may not be immediate if there has been a delay in receiving goods.

Is it flexible?
Yes, customer can payout balance at any time and take an earlier delivery (assuming stock has arrived). Customer needs to simply contact My Christmas via our email. Customer will then receive an email from merchant with an embedded payment link for their payment of balance in PayPal – and an earlier delivery.
When do I receive the goods?
Customer receives their goods after their final payment
How are Lay-Buy instalment payments paid?
Lay-Buy instalment payments are auto-paid from their linked card in their PayPal setup.
How do I ensure all Lay-Buy instalment payments are paid?
Customer to ensure there is always funds available and correct card is linked in PayPal.
What happens if I stop making payments?
If the payments are not completed within one month of the expected completion date My Christmas has the right to cancel the lay-by. My Christmas will take out a 20% or minimum $50 admin fee and all other monies will be refunded.
The exception is a special order or custom made piece. If an item is a special order or custom made My Christmas will take a 50% admin fee.
Can I change my lay-by?
No, unfortunately each lay-by once set up cannot be changed.
