Sale Period: The sale begins at 7:00 am AEDT on Thursday, 28th November 2024, and ends at 11:59 pm AEDT on Monday, 2nd December 2024.

Final Sale: All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only permitted for faulty items and are not available for change of mind.
- Order Policies:
- Discounts are automatic and cannot be combined with other codes or offers.
- Once an order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made.
- Orders cannot be combined for postage.

Dispatch Time: Due to high demand, it may take up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched. We cannot guarantee delivery times, as they are beyond our control. BFCM is the busiest period of the year for all postal services. Please also be mindful that selecting an express post service provides you with Australia Post Express Post (or equivalent) service, not a shortened despatch time/queue jump.
- Sale Restrictions:
- Sale prices apply only to orders placed during the specified sale period. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past orders, regardless of when they were placed.
- After the sale ends at 11:59 pm AEDT on Monday, 2nd December 2024, discounted prices will no longer be available.
Early Access Customers
- Email subscribers must enter the Early Access discount code at checkout. We cannot manually adjust orders after payment is accepted.
- The Early Access discount code is valid only from 7:00 am AEDT on Wednesday, 27th November 2024, to 7:00 am AEDT on Thursday, 28th November 2024.
- After this period, prices on the website will automatically reflect the live Black Friday promotion, and no code will be required.
