Some of you may have received this download already, but we thought it was handy to share in this forum for easy access.

We hope you find at least a couple of these tips new and useful, and they assist you create a calmer lead up to Christmas.

Personally, I find so many people are trying to make everything perfect. It doesn't have to all be perfect. If you love cooking, cook up a storm. But if you don't enjoy it, then simplify the menu and ask others to share the load. If decorating is your thing, create your Christmas Wonderland. If it is all too overwhelming concentrate on just creating a beautiful Christmas tree.
