My Christmas Mother's Day Giveaway 2024 - Terms & Conditions

• Competition Period

The My Christmas Mother's Day Giveaway (the "Competition") commences on Monday 6^th of May at 4:30pm AEST and closes on Friday, 10th May 2024 at 11:59pm AEST (the "Closing Time").

• Eligibility

This Competition is open to all Australian residents.  Employees of My Christmas and their families are ineligible to enter.

• How to Enter

There are two ways to enter the Competition:

• Standard Entry: Comment "SANTA" on the Competition post on Instagram. Upon commenting, you will be sent a direct message with a link to the official entry form. As part of the entry process, you will be asked to subscribe to our mailing list for exclusive offers and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Bonus Entry: Purchase a voucher on the My Christmas website during the Competition Period. Each purchase will automatically grant you ten (10) bonus entries.

• Selection of Winners

Two (2) winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received before the Closing Time. The winners will be drawn on Saturday, 11th May 2024.

• Winner Notification

The winners will be notified via email on the platform where the Competition was posted (e.g. Instagram). The winners will also be announced on the My Christmas social media pages.

• Prizes

There will be two (2) prizes awarded in this Competition. Each winner will be contacted by email after the competition draw. The $50 voucher will be emailed directly to the winner's email address used for entry.

• General Conditions

This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

My Christmas reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who, in its reasonable opinion, has tampered with the entry process or breached these Terms & Conditions.

My Christmas reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The decision of My Christmas in relation to all aspects of the Competition will be final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including subscribing to the My Christmas mailing list with the option to unsubscribe at any time.
